About the Role:
You will be responsible for following up on already generated leads and maintaining and growing relationships with Key clients to help them build their investments through property. Managing the business end to end from initial client meeting, final presentation, property selection and purchase , while achieving sales targets in specific categories. The role is expected to retain existing business, while pursuing profitable growth opportunities with new customer accounts.
It is primarily a sales management role that includes a high level of customer service, proactive thinking and requires strong communication and organisation skills. A strong level of sales and marketing experience is essential along with previous experience in a similar role within the banking, investment or real estate market for at least 3 years.

Skills and Experience:
