About the Role

You will be using your exceptional customer service and leadership skills to provide excellent service to internal and external customers. You will be supporting and guiding the customer service team to ensure that customer service KPI’s are achieved and all customers receive a high standard of service.  You will manage the workflows, enhance company customer service policies, mange client files and invoices, and foster a strong relationship between the customer service and sales teams.  As the business expands there will be exciting challenges to grow the team and upskill further.

Guidance and support from a team of professionals will be there to help you succeed. There will be ongoing training provided and career progression for the excellent candidate.

Duties:

  • Supervise Customer service team and manage workflows
  • Support and motivate team to meet KPI’s
  • Problem solving customer queries
  • Processing orders
  • Providing quotes and following up potential leads
  • Supporting Sales and Accounts team and Management.

  
Skills and Experience:

  • Strong and extensive Customer Service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience leading a team
  • Excellent time management, organisational and problem solving skills
  • Good Microsoft and Computer skills
  • Certificate level education or leadership training (Desirable)
