About the Employer:

Our client is a growing business that specialises in Building & Contents Restoration Services. 
  
This Disaster Recovery company is one of the largest in the state with last year alone servicing over 800 projects.  They respond quickly when needed due to property that has suffered damage as a result of natural disasters, fire, water or impact damage.
  
About the Role:

As this is a key position within the business, it is expected that the incumbent will be called on to respond to operational requirements to support and enhance the business, while showing exemplary commitment to the company values and behavior and safety.  You must be enthusiastic, forward thinking, incredibly flexible and not afraid of really putting the hard yards in to get a fulfilling end result.

Duties:

  • Planning schedules day to day and week to week
  • Coordinate appointments across various job sites
  • Maintaining files and records
  • Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks

Skills and Experience:

We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic person who has solid project scheduling / coordinator experience in a fast past forever changing environment.  This position also requires but is not limited to the following:

  • Highly organised
  • Outstanding prioritisation skills with the ability meet deadlines
  • A strong ability to solve problems with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Current driver’s licence
