About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager who has the drive to take their business to the next level. The role will have an initial focus on expanding market share in the Victorian and New South Wales Markets. Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Manager will be able to contribute to the overall growth strategy of the business. Previous experience in the Training or Construction Industries will be advantageous.
For this exciting role, our client is looking for a charismatic leader with a strong personality and the ability to engage a sales team to perform at their best. You will have a data led approach to driving sales growth and thrive in a fast paced environment where your commercial acumen and system skills will be valued.
This role is a hands-on management role, with a strong focus on team and individual performance.

Skills and Experience:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated extensive Sales or BDM experience
Strong experience working with CRM systems
Current Drivers License
Australian Working Rights.
