Our client provides full end to end service for all areas of pumping from urgent spare part requirements to fully custom built pumping systems, they are proud of their success and has a respected reputation for providing dedicated customer service.
About the Role:
Due to company growth our client is looking for an enthusiastic employee with a genuine passion for dealing with customers and a technical aptitude to learn the ins/outs of the pumping industry. You will be supported in getting to know the pump industry.

Duties:
- Provide support to the external representatives with information, quotations and system updates
- Proactive calling on new and existing customers and generating sales leads
- Maintain document control and report preparation as required
- Maintaining and assigning leads, sales opportunity and customer intelligence data into the CRM database
- Take and convert incoming phone calls to sales
Skills and Experience:
To be considered for this position it would help if you had the following:
- Solid fundamental understanding of the sales process with good commercial orientation
- Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a field that required technical aptitude to solve the customers issues
- Strong interpersonal / customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customer personality types
- A “CAN DO” attitude and self motivated
- Have a strong, professional work ethic with reliability and commitment
