Customer Service Representative

They are innovators within the insect screen market and have been involved in designing and manufacturing a unique range of superior retractable and pleated fly screens to a large client base in and around Sydney. Our client prides themselves on high-level customer service and aims to provide their clients with a family-friendly approach.

About the Role:
Due to growth in their business, our client is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative. In this autonomous role you will be the communication link between clients and management and provide some administrative support to the team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will have impeccable presentation and professionalism.

 Duties:

  • Greet guests entering the showroom
  • Daily review of leads and accept and process orders
  • Book sales consultations and installation dates with clients
  • Coordinate and manage calendars for fitters and sales representatives
  • Manage client relationships and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using online booking systems and collaborative calendars
  • Good knowledge of Sydney area
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills including excellent phone manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines including managing conflicting tasks
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution skills with a high regard for customer service
