About the Employer
Our client is an innovative software company based in Sydney. Their software solution enables customers to optimise the management of their sales quotes and contracts. Their product is trusted by global brands and start-ups globally.

About the Role:
You will be contacting customers that register for a free trial of the software program and perform software demonstrations to encourage customer signups to paid subscriptions. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to marketing and social media campaigns. The role is 100% work from home.

  • Nurture inbound leads to convert to paid subscriptions
  • Outbound cold calls and emails to complement advertising marketing channels
  • Assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Deliver product walkthroughs to demonstrate the product to customers
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities  

Skills and Experience:

  • High level of customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • At least 1 – 3 years’ of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
