About the Employer
My client is a family owned and operating company of 15 years based in South Auckland. Due to increased demand they are now looking for an experienced and motivated Resin Flooring Applicator to join their team.

About the Role
A busy and varied role is offered involving all elements of the installation of resin flooring systems, from floor preparation and remedial works, to the installation of all types of epoxy, polyurethane and MMA toppings, waterproofing and coating systems.

If you are 100% reliable, self-motivated, have great leadership and are not afraid to put in the hard work when needed, we would love to hear from you. Please note: Reliable transport to get to Takanini each day for a 6.00am start time and full Drivers Licence is a must.

  • assessment and preparation of surfaces
  • grinding, cutting, jackhammer
  • crack repairs
  • floor levelling compounds
  • accurate mixing ratios
  • resin coving installation
  • trowel applied products (hand trowel and stand up troweling)
  • roll on top coat
  • sealant installation

Skills and Experience
Our preferred candidate will have at least one year of relevant work experience, and:

  • Resin Flooring Level 4 qualification | BCITO or similar (desirable)
  • can be relied upon 100% with an excellent work ethic
  • is physically fit with
  • possess an excellent eye for detail
  • have a professional tradesman approach
  • is able to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
  • is available to work overtime and on on weekends when required
  • be a friendly, easy going team player
  • adhere to safe work practices at all times
  • own a reliable vehicle and a current NZ drivers licence
