Our Client is a highly successful family owned business who has been in operation for over 45 years. With over 80 distributors Australia wide and a local on-site manufacturing plant, they are the largest producer of Home Sewage Treatment Systems in Australia today and they continue to lead the field in both Precast Concrete and Plastic Tank Design.
  
About the Role:
Due to continued growth and success we are now seeking a self-motivated, focused individual who has exceptional attention to detail, along with strong Accounts Payable and Purchasing experience, to join the team.   This will be a busy and challenging role, where you will be handling all facets of AP, as well as inventory management, stock coding and pricing and reviewing supplier agreements.

Duties:

  • Raising, receipting and costing of purchase orders
  • Matching delivery dockets and processing supplier invoices
  • Credit Card reconciliation and managing staff reimbursements
  • Manage Supplier rebates and assist with reviewing supplier agreements
  • Running weekly and monthly AP reports
  • Manage stock coding and pricing
  • Identify any pricing anomalies
  • Assist with stocktakes and inventory management

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in both Accounts Payable and Procurement
  • Experienced in stocktakes and inventory management
  • Desire to achieve and progress yourself and your career
  • High level of Customer Service and Problem Solving ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of MYOB Exobiz preferable, but not essential
  • Ability to work 7.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday
