About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced office administrator that is looking for a degree of autonomy within their role whilst working in a team environment.  With no two days being the same, you will be a quick thinker and able to navigate your day to get your tasks completed whilst providing the customer with the utmost care and attention.  You will also assist with database management, scheduling and use of e-marketing tools while completing general reception duties.

Duties

  • Providing general reception duties
  • Responding to customer queries within a timely manner & liaising with customers on the progress of their job
  • Scheduling of appointments and quotes between customers and field staff
  • Assisting with the preparation of contracts, quotes & timesheet preparation for field staff
  • Database management and e-marketing functions
  • Ad hoc duties as required

   Skills and Experience

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience within an office support / reception environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Able to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Quick learner and able to adapt to new tasks
  • Previous use of database / client management systems / accounting software highly regarded
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages
