About the Role:
This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for maintaining and managing key relationships with existing and new clients in NSW. You must be a true motivated sales-oriented individual who enjoys building strong relationships. You will also be travelling to Country NSW mostly to Newcastle on a regular or semi-regular basis.

Duties:
- Conduct lead generation activities and utilise your previous sales experience and network to develop, qualify and manage the sales pipeline
- Growing the business by finding new customers
- Developing the relationship with existing customers
- Achieving sales and performance targets
- Researching the market for new opportunities of business development
- Follow up calls with installers and end-users
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a business development/new sales role (or similar)
- Proven track record of achieving individual and team’s sales targets
- Excellent client/customer engagement must be willing to go the extra mile to enhance customer satisfaction
- Available to travel to Canberra when required and country NSW mostly to Newcastle on a regular or semi-regular basis
- Automation industry experience a bonus
- Strong computer literacy
- Proactive, motivated, and energetic approach and attitude
- Strong understanding of safe work practices
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work autonomously
- Hold a full driver’s licence
- Police Check required
