About the Role
Our client is seeking an Internal Sales support to work within a close-knit team environment and small warehouse, providing exceptional service and support to existing customers and prospecting of new sales opportunities. The successful candidate will have a “can do” attitude with an exceptional work ethic to work as one team to move the company forward.

Duties:
- Demonstrate highest levels of service and attentiveness to walk-in customers
- Generate new sales leads
- Assist with both internal and external customer enquiries/orders/deliveries
- Stock-take and management
- Raising quotations and invoicing
- Follow up overdue invoices
- Receiving and processing of inwards and outwards goods
- Other warehousing duties as required
Skills and Experience:
- Internal Sales experience highly regarded
- Proven customer service background
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Computer literate and good data entry skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage critical deadlines
- Attitude for working autonomously with trust and diligence
- Strong team player with a down to earth personality
