About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO; you will be strategically leading and driving the Marketing team to achieve the future growth expectations of the business. The role requires creative thinking, strategy development, supplier engagement, brand development, marketing communications, digital execution, and budget attainment as well as leadership.

  • Develop and manage marketing, advertising, and digital content strategies
  • Position the company’s brand for maximum market impact
  • Develop strategies to establish prices that ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing profits and market share
  • Conduct market research and work with internal stakeholders to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • Conduct training for internal Sales team or external customers on marketing campaigns
  • Position Sales team to achieve monthly revenue and margin targets using marketing collateral
  • Lead suppliers to buy into the company’s value proposition
  • Create an engaging go-to market platform for resellers
  • Provide creative leadership and ensure work of Marketing team is proceeding on target in line with key indicators
  • Conduct regular analysis of campaign targets and outcomes
  • Devise and coordinate the company’s key events in line with branding guidelines

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualifications in marketing or related discipline
  • At least 7 years in marketing
  • Strategic thinking with experience of successfully influencing and directing strategic development in a complex stakeholder and supplier management environment
  • Proven track record in leading people and developing high performing teams
  • Excellent mix of marketing experience with a blend of both creative, digital, and commercial disciplines
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and supplier management
  • A seasoned professional able to challenge status quo and set the marketing strategy and direction for the business
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting market costs of internal and external resources
  • Advanced analytical and formal presentation skills (including MS Office suite of programs)
  • Excellent persuasiveness, adaptability, creativity, judgement, and decision-making skills
