About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, this role has a high emphasis on communicating with clients over the phone. A positive friendly approach high level customer service experience and ability to multi-task, will win you this role. 50% of your time will be consumed on outbound warm calls, 30% will be spent creating marketing incentives and 20% of your time will be focused on social media management.

Duties:
- Make outbound calls (warm leads) to make a sale or stimulate an enquiry.
- Ensure all sales activities, communications and opportunities are followed up and recorded in CRM.
- Maintain awareness of competitor activity and market trends and report as necessary
- Develop and post content on social media and monitor online activity.
- Manage, maintain and update company websites.
- Work with strategic partners to increase brand awareness.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in outbound lead generation.
- Product and machinery experience and knowledge, Preferable.
- Related industry business such as a concreting, flooring, carpet or tool shop, Preferable.
- Strong experience in Social Media platforms such LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.
- Write effective, concise material for multiple platforms, websites, and social networks
- Outstanding organisational skills, the ability to work autonomously and a willingness to learn.
- Highly motivated, with a committed to offering exceptional customer service.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive, striving for excellence in work projects and the overall strategic objectives.
- Experience with Pardot marketing platform, highly regarded
