This global company designs, installs and services integrated systems across a suite of services including Cyber Security. 
About the Role:

Looking for a new member for the team due to a promotion within. 

The role will also include project work from time to time as well as providing technical support for all internal staff across Australia, both remotely and onsite.

You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining client support queue levels and ensuring cases are reviewed and closed within the SLA period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide IT operational services for service requests, change management, incident management and problem management
  • Provide IT and operational services for internal staff
  • Assisting with hardware configuration and setups such as laptops, computers, servers, etc.
  • Provide support through helpdesk, phone, online chat, email and remote desktop
  • Complete project works and providing updates to the project team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Installing and configuring CCTV VMS environments
  • Installing and configuring Access Control environments
  • Be available for an afterhours rotating roster

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • 2+ years’ experience in IT or a similar role
  • Great at problem solving
  • VMS and Access Control knowledge is advantageous
  • A professional presentable and friendly approach
  • Ability to work closely with management to ensure consistent high-quality service
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and independently as needed

Skills and Experience:
  Technically proficient in some of the following:

  • Microsoft applications (Desktops, Servers, Applications etc)
  • Virtual environments (Cloud and Local)
  • VMS software – Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, Geutebruck
  • Access Control Software – Integriti, Gallagher, Lenel
