About the Employer
Our client is a highly passionate and professional company established over 25 years ago.  They specialize in the fields of CCTV, Alarm Systems, Access Control and Data for small through to large commercial high-end businesses including major retail chains, Shopping Centres and Government.
  
  
About the Role:
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for liasing with technicians situated over several Eastern Seaboard locations and external clients.  Key to this role is your ability to work with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise.

Duties:

  • Updating the CRM database
  • Liaising directly with Customers to organise technicians to resolve their issues
  • Dispatching technicians to client sites
  • Follow up with customers
  • Completion of daily documentation

  
  
Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to priortise work and deal with urgent requests
  • Must be able to follow up and retain information
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn with an adaptable and flexible approach
  • “Can-Do” customer focused attitude
  • High level of attention to detail
