About the Employer:
Our client is an Australian services and solutions company specialising in the ServiceNow platform amongst others. Based near the Sydney CDB, they identify, design and deliver efficient business processes and applications on the ServiceNow platform as well as develop bespoke applications for clients.

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales Executive to represent the company to both clients and suppliers and to enhance both business volumes and reputation. You will manage existing accounts and grow sales by contacting potential partners and customers, discovering and exploring opportunities.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a partner of ServiceNow and what will set you apart is your proven consultative sales approach and having a “can do” attitude, loads of energy and initiative with a strong work ethic.

Duties:
• New business development
• Account management of assigned accounts
• Meeting of sales targets and objectives
• Operational Sales Support
• Attending events and assist in building client long term relationships

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience selling known brand Software in the Australian / NZ Market.
• Must have a history of working with clients in the Sydney region
• ServiceNow experience is highly desirable
• Previous experience in the IT Service Management industry
• University degree in either Marketing or BSC level
• Proven skills in closing sales, sales planning, selling to customers’ needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Flexible, yet assertive, approach to customise according to customer’s requirements
• A strong customer service focus with a professional approach
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and work effectively with minimal supervision
• Be organised and have good time management skills
• Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
