Duties:

  • Functional and technical expert in customer engagements.
  • Participates in workshops with customer stakeholders to assess current processes and define future-state processes.
  • Influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions in project delivery.
  • Design and delivers ServiceNow IT Workflow solutions, while adhering to ServiceNow technical best practices and standards.
  • Hands-on technical delivery, which includes HTML, JavaScript/AJAX and Web Services Integration.
  • Excellent communication writing and presenting skills

  
Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of progressive technical delivery experience in ITSM, CSM or Security Operations.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Virtual Agent or any enterprise workbot solutions
  • Creative, entrepreneurial spirit with comfort running projects or engagement independently within a collaborative environment
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Any ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist of the following:
    • ITSM
    • CSM
    • Security Operations
