About the Employer
Our client is a multi-national lighting manufacturer and supplier with 13 branches around the world.  The Australian branch was established in 2004 and now has representatives in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.  They produce a wide range of specialist LED lighting solutions for high-end architectural markets worldwide.
  
About the Role:
This role would suit a recent university graduate with a positive attitude, good work ethic and looking for a long-term relationship.  You will be part of a small team of 5 in the Sydney branch responsible for processing orders, preparing quotations, issuing invoices and data entry of internal sales activities.  In addition, you will liaise with logistics and warehouses to ensure all required administration is completed for seamless delivery of our client’s lighting products.  Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties:

  • Processing orders, preparing quotations and issuing invoices
  • Liaise with logistics team and warehouses to ensure seamless delivery of products
  • Liaise with customers and updating with progress of orders
  • Assist with reporting, sales statements and various others forms
  • Maintain internal data for sales activities in company databases and systems

  
Skills and Experience:

  • Must have completed high school education in Australia
  • Possess a strong work ethic and display a willingness to learn
  • Must be able to function effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a close knit team
  • Recent experience in a similar role or recent graduate in this field will be highly regarded
