Your next Role
Will allow you to utilise your skills and expertise as an experienced Contracts Administrator, but this time you will be working on unique “one off” builds each time.  Every job will be different, variety, variety, variety!   Once you are up to speed with the company’s procedures and the software they are using (Builder Trend) you will be entrusted to do your job.  You will be working closely with an experienced Project Manager and together you will produce “quality high end builds”.

Your Duties
  

  • Contract Administration from A to Z
  • Support and learn from experienced Project Manager
  • Organising Building permits and documentation
  • Selections (F & F) and Variations
  • Raising Purchase Orders & liaising with accounts
  • Liaising with town planning & building consultants
  • Assist Project Manager as required
  • Ensuring timelines & budgets are meet
  • Attend site meetings
  • Attend Pre-Handover meetings
  • Ensure client is updated and satisfied at all times

  
  
Skills and Experience
You will be an experienced Contracts Administrator who truly enjoys what they do.  You do not need to be degree qualified, just someone who is confident, passionate and good at what you do.  Your bright and bubbly personality will be well received.  Your ability to multi-task, and keep everyone happy at the same time, while ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget, is what you do.
  

  • Professional and great communicator
  • Approachable – enjoy what you do
  • Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Confident reading drawings and formal documentation
  • Experience as a Contracts Administrator essential
  • Degree in Construction management desirable, but not essential
  • Current drivers licence and own vehicle
