Your Role

Will be to take a holistic approach and learn how the business runs and become a team player right from the start.  Every day will be different.  You will be liaising with clients, assisting with presentations, looking after digital content, attending meetings, organising photoshoots, lunches and launches, monitoring social media, proof reading and more and more and more.   You will also be assisting with strategy, branding, print and media needs.  Being degree qualified, you know the drill.  What is great about this role is that you will be learning how the business runs from A to Z, whilst contributing to the end product at the same time.

  • Quoting

  • Liaising with suppliers and clients
  • Assist with and monitor digital marketing
  • Be across social media
  • Attend WIP meetings
  • Co-ordinate photoshoots, launches and more
  • Adhoc admin as required

Skills and Experience

Our client is looking for someone with the following:-  

  • A degree or certificate in Marketing/Communications or Public relations (preferred)
  • A strong knowledge of and experience with social media
  • Strong computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Project management/event co-ordination skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Professional communication style
  • Personable and professional presentation
