Your next Role

You will be responsible for processing all of the sales orders as they arrive via phone, email and the website.  Ensuring exceptional customer service, daily reports are prepared and timelines are met while working closely with the Warehouse and Office Managers.

The Duties

  • Process Sales Orders via the web, phone and email
  • Ad hoc administration tasks
  • Daily Reporting
  • Following up back orders
  • Ensuring customers’ needs are met in a timely manner
  • Liaising with Warehouse and Office Managers

The Skills and Experience

  • Previous office administration experience
  • The ability to multi-task & keep a smile on your face
  • A quick learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
