About the Role
You need to be an experienced Security Technician who is confident running a job from “fit off to commissioning”.  You will also be responsible for attending to servicing and any warranty work required by the customer.  You will be working with CCTV Systems, Intercom Systems and Access Control on new building projects.  Liaising with on-site electricians and developers will form part of your day.   Previous experience is essential however, you will receive product specific training and support on a regular basis.  Assistance, for large jobs will be available, if required.  This role has arisen due to expansion into the ACT.  For the right person, there will be the opportunity of career progression.

  • Install electronic security equipment
  • Programme and test equipment
  • Liaise with customers, contractors & team members
  • Order stock as required
  • Project manage the job timeline
  • Provide a daily report

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience is essential
  • Commissioning exp is an advantage
  • Cablers License
  • Security License
  • White card
  • Asbestos awareness training
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service skills
