There are many aspects of TRA’s website which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, to purchase services or access the client area or support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but is not limited to your name, contact details, organisation details, position descriptions, other recruitment requirements, and payment details.

We collect your personal information directly from you when you:

  • interact with us in person;
  • interact with us online;
  • participate in surveys or questionnaires;
  • attend a TRA event;
  • subscribe to our mailing list;
  • apply for a position with one of our clients;
  • connect with you and interview you for a role;
  • engage us to recruit on your behalf.

Sharing of your personal information

We may occasionally hire other companies and or contractors to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, order of services, position descriptions and processing transactions. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal and organisational information they need to deliver the service. The Recruitment Alternative takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal and corporate information.

This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this Site.

It will not always be possible to resolve a complaint to everyone’s satisfaction.
